Study and Practice Debate

The monks have settled into a very full daily programme of memorisation, private study, group study sessions with a teacher, debate practice, and the first round of the debate competition.
Within their topic groups —Validity, Prajnaparamita, Collected Topics, Types of Evidence, and Mind and Awareness—they practice debate under the supervision of their teachers and khenpos. They also attend classes on the dedicated textbooks that they study for each topic.
